Justin Bieber to Sell a Piece of His ‘World’�
Justin Bieber just announced his new fragrance but it's not your average scent. According to Women's Wear Daily, the pop star will introduce his new uni-sex fragrance My World by infusing the scent into wristbands and dog tags. The fragrance is named after Bieber's current tour and the singer plans to release his next album in December: "I want my fans to grow up with me. I just want to keep making good music," he told WWD. The teen sensation recently spoke to "The Insider" about the investigation surrounding him and a 12-year-old boy whom Bieber allegedly assaulted. "Nothing happened," Bieber said of the reports. "It's crazy." The scent-infused merchandise will reportedly be sold in Wal-Mart stores November 26.

Underage ‘Gossip Girl’ Star Flashes Audience�
"Gossip Girl"'s Taylor Momsen caused a stir by making a controversial gesture while on stage in New York City over the weekend. Hollywood Life has released censored video footage of the 17-year old exposing her chest and reports that the actress's breasts were covered only by pasties. In the video, Taylor grabs her chest provocatively before pulling down her shirt, giving the crowd an eyeful. Taylor was singing with her band The Pretty Reckless, who released their self-titled album in June.

Newlyweds Russell Brand and Katy Perry Tweet: ‘We Did!’�
Katy Perry and Russell Brand took to their Twitter accounts to make their wedding announcement. Both the comedian and the pop star posted a pic of their names, Russell and Katy, with a caption that read: "WE DID!" The couple said their "I dos" on Saturday in India. A rep for the newlyweds told ET, "The very private and spiritual ceremony, attended by the couples' closest family and friends, was performed by a Christian minister and longtime friend of the Hudson Family."

Actions spoke louder than words this weekend as Halle Berry stepped out onto the red carpet holding hands with actor Olivier Martinez. The actress, 44, sizzled in a floor-length red gown, while Martinez, also 44, chose a black suit jacket and pants. This was the first public appearance for the couple, who made their way down the red carpet at the Carousel of Hope Ball benefiting the Barbara Davis center for childhood diabetes at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Earlier this year, Berry announced her split from Gabriel Aubry after being together for four years. The two have a 2-year-old girl together named Nahla.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand Wedding Details!�
Katy Perry and Russell Brand were married Saturday in India, and we have details of the exotic, fairytale wedding! An "Insider" source on the ground reports that the high-profile pair chose to ditch the Hollywood glamour and exchanged vows in a traditional Hindu ceremony at the Aman-i-Khas resort in the heart of Rajasthan’s countryside. The wedding reportedly began at approximately 7 p.m. with the singer and her movie-star hubby-to-be in two separate camps. Tabla drum and sitar players entertained guests before Russell entered in grand style on an elephant (in a traditional wedding procession called a baraat). At 8:15 p.m. loud cheers and claps could be heard, and then guests reportedly danced under a brightly colored tent erected inside the resort, with trees draped with fairy lights. Earlier in the day, sound tests could be heard blaring a mix of classical, Indian and pop music. A doctor was also reportedly called to the camp after one of the guests, rumored to be Katy herself, fell sick. Security was stepped up for the event, especially since Russell's bodyguards reportedly got into a fight with local photographers on Friday. Guards were stationed 10 meters apart around the mud wall perimeter and police were spotted guarding the neighboring fields.
